Sharon,
Signature Dining restaurants are a select sub-set of Disney's Table Service restaurants. According to Disney, these restaurants "provide unparalleled cuisine served in elegant and relaxed surroundings." In other words, these are the fancy schmancy restaurants. ;-) Dress code is "business casual" but the definition is fairly forgiving.
Signature restaurants all require two Table Service dining credits on the Disney Dining Plan.
The Signature Restaurants at WDW are:
- Artist Point (Wilderness Lodge)
- California Grill (Contemporary Resort)
- Cinderellas Royal Table (Magic Kingdom)
- Citricos (Grand Floridian)
- Flying Fish Cafe (Boardwalk Resort)
- Hollywood Brown Derby (Hollywood Studios)
- Jiko (Animal Kingdom Lodge)
- Narcoossee's (Grand Floridian)
- Yachtsman Steakhouse (Yacht and Beach Club Resorts)
In case you haven't seen it, click
here to download a very useful "pdf" file that describes the Disney Dining Plan (including Signature Restaurants) in detail.
Hope that clarifies the difference (and similarity) between Signature and Table Service dining. ºoº
