Hey there and Heigh-Ho, Athena!
We're so glad to welcome you to planDisney today. I trust you had a magical Walt Disney World Resort vacation and enjoyed your time with Snow White and her 7 loveable Dwarfs. My family always tries to end our night at Magic Kingdom Park by squeezing in a late-night ride on
Seven Dwarfs Mine Train before heading to the resort buses. We love spinning the barrels for a surprise in the interactive queue, rocking our carts along the journey, and taking in the stunning views of Fantasyland as we giggle our way in and out of the mines.
I'm sorry to hear your
attraction photo didn't make its way to your My Disney Experience Account Photo Gallery. I'm guessing the Evil Queen was somehow responsible, but even so, I have a simple solution (no poison apples or scary forest treks required). If it's been more than 24 hours since your photo was captured, you can
report your missing photo online.
Input your contact information, then select "Disney PhotoPass" from the Category drop-down box and "Missing Photo" from the Subcategory box. You'll share the location, date, and estimated time your photo was taken, as well as the photo type (Attraction, Character, or Other). Be sure to include a brief description of the image and attach a photo of your party from the same date, so Cast Members have an idea of who to look for. You can also
report a missing photo from the app (which may make it easier to attach a photo if you have one handy on your phone).
I hope this helps, Athena! If you have any additional questions, please come back to planDisney and let us know. We're always whistling while we work and love helping guests before, during, and after their visits.
Magic and memories,
Amy
