    I didn’t know my crew needed to do their own Disney logins for the mobile pass. I already added them to my account. Now that they are creating app logins to use the mobile pass. How do I link them to our account since technically they are already there?

    Oh boy, your trip is just a few days away!  I'll be glad to answer your question so you are all set and ready to enjoy The World's Most Magical Celebration.

    Stephanie, you are welcome to set up your My Disney Experience account however you like.  If everyone in your party is immediate family or if they will only be traveling to Walt Disney World Resort with you, it is fine for you to manage everyone's profile in your account. This is what I do -- I'm the planner in the family, so my husband and teens are managed by me.  They do not have their own logins.  I can create Disney MagicMobile passes for everyone, and then just swipe through my digital wallet to access everyone's pass.

    If you would prefer for everyone in your group to have their own My Disney Experience account, that is fine too.  If you have already created profiles for them in your account, you'll be able to connect using the email address they have used to create their own account.  On the Walt Disney World website, select "My Family and Friends" from the My Disney Experience drop-down menu in the upper right corner.  Next to each Guest in your list that has created their own account, select "Update" and then "Share planning with (name)".  Enter the email address associated with their My Disney Experience account.  They will receive an invitation to connect and be then be able to view any plans or reservations you have made on their behalf.  To do this on the My Disney Experience app, select the menu in the lower right corner, scroll down to "My Profile", and select "Family & Friends List" at the top.  You will see the option to share plans and enter an email address to connect.  I needed to go through this process when my eldest son created his own account.  I can still see him in my Family & Friends List and add him to any reservations or plans I am making, but I no longer manage his account.
