    I was just diagnosed with gestational diabetes and need to document my meals and carbohydrate intake. Is there a way to see nutritional info for foods within the parks and restaurants on property?

    Hi there, Amanda! Welcome to planDisney. We're happy you're here!

    I completely understand your need to track your meals and carbohydrate intake during your visit to Walt Disney World Resort. I'd love to help you navigate your dining experiences in order to keep you healthy! While there aren't menus with nutritional information readily available online, here are some of my best tips:

    • First, reach out to the Special Diets Team. You can do this by sending an email to Special.Diets@DisneyWorld.com no sooner than 14 days prior to your arrival. The Special Diets team will reach out to you and help you with the dining process during your visit.
    • If you make advance dining reservations, you'll be able to indicate if you have dietary requests on your reservation. Then, you can ask to speak to a chef or special diets-trained Cast Member when you arrive at the restaurant.
    • When ordering at a quick-service location, always tell your server if you have a dietary request. You can also request to speak to a special diets-trained Cast Member who will be happy to speak with you, when available.
    • If you place a mobile order through the My Disney Experience app, you can compare restaurants and menus, allowing you to make the best choices that are right for your dietary needs.
    • Feel free to bring snacks or meals into the park that you know will keep you fueled and healthy!
    • Keep an eye on the First Aid locations in each of the parks, just in case you need them. You can also locate First Aid in the My Disney Experience app!
