How would i get to DHS from Chef Mickey's? Is this a good idea to do Chef Mickeys on DHS day?

    Hi Bethlyn!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. We have a Chef Mickey's Advanced Dining Reservation for our trip this fall. My little one is going to be so excited to see all his favorites in one place, it's going to be so fun!

Once you finish your meal at Chef Mickey's inside of Disney's Contemporary Resort you are going to want to head towards Magic Kingdom. From here, you'll want to take the bus from Magic Kingdom to Disney's Hollywood Studios. These buses arrive approximately every 20 minutes, so depending on how you time it I'd estimate that it would take you between 30 and 50 minutes to be at the gates of Disney's Hollywood Studios!

I think it's a great idea to do Chef Mickey's on a day spent at Disney's Hollywood Studios because in my opinion this park really comes alive at night. This way you can get in a delicious meal and stay a little later at the park than you may have been able to if you were there for rope drop. Once the sunsets on Hollywood Boulevard, you'll be able to experience some amazing nighttime spectaculars like The Music of Pixar Live!, Fantasmic! and Star Wars: A Galactic Spectacular

I hope you have a magical trip and please let us know if you have any other questions!
