It has been a while, but with our departure date 6 months away I have a question. How easy is it for someone who is not allergic to spices, but is overwhelmed by the taste of them, to order food at the AP, Tritons, and PC without them?

Ahoy, J! The food on a Disney Cruise is absolutely exquisite! I have found the servers and chefs to be extremely accommodating regarding food allergies and issues while onboard. The key to your successful ordering will be your being upfront with your serving team. Tell your main dining room server your concerns and let him or her give you suggestions on what to order or avoid. Sometimes, the chef may want to come out and talk to you regarding your food needs. This is great, because it ensures that they will do their best to make your dinner enjoyable. It might even prompt the chef to make a special entr&eacute;e just for you! On one of my cruises, I was fortunate enough to take a Galley Tour of the ship's kitchens. To see all of the papers in the back regarding different food allergies or concerns was truly amazing. The ship's crew really does a fantastic job to be sure that everyone is happy and free of allergy issues regarding food.
