    Are Department of Defense Civilian Personnel eligible for the Disney Cruise Line Military discount?

    Thanks for dropping anchor here at planDisney with your question about Special U.S. Military Rates for sailings with Disney Cruise Line. As a military spouse, veteran, and wife of a Department of Defense Civilian Personnel employee, it would be my pleasure to assist you with an answer. 

    Disney Cruise Line offers special military rates on select Disney cruises. My family has enjoyed several sailings, taking advantage of this special offer. It is a lovely way that Disney “salutes” those who are serving or have served. Special military rates are available to retired and active U.S. Military Personnel (and their spouses) and U.S. Department of Defense Personnel. You must provide proof of eligibility, such as a Common Access Card, when you arrive at the cruise terminal to check in for your cruise.
