Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Colleen!
I am so happy you have cruised back with another great question while planning your upcoming vacation. How exciting that you are only a couple short months away from setting sail with Captain Mickey on your high seas adventure!
I LOVE watching the countdown on my
Disney Cruise Line Navigator App shrink as the days go by. I would recommend you download this app if you haven't already and enter your sail date for your very own countdown. This also gets you ready to use this really helpful tool while onboard. My entire family has this application downloaded on our devices so we can chat while onboard, find the times and locations of our favorite Disney characters and check out the dining room menus while we are sitting poolside.
The application will come alive once you step onboard and are settling into your stateroom. You will love all the room and storage in your
Deluxe Family Oceanview Stateroom with Verandah! It is nice for larger families who need a space for five. The bonus is if you are sailing with three pirates-in-training, each get their own bed. Now that mine are older, they are not fans of sharing double beds anymore! The struggle is over!
The first of the three individual beds (outside of your main queen bed) is the sleeper sofa that converts into a fold out single bed. Second, a single bed pulls down over the sofa to create a bunk bed type layout and includes a magical view! Finally, the third sleeping location is a murphy bed that pulls out of the wall, down in front of your verandah door. My little ones like to take turns trying out all the beds!
Have fun making magical memories! Angie
