Were are all on the deluxe dinning plan My daughter is 10 so I fully understand that I must pay for the adult plan however she is not a huge eater. Is it possible for her to order off the kids menu even if she is on the adult plan?

Hi Lisa!  I have an 11-year-old son who loves that he is considered an adult at Walt Disney World, but he doesn't want any part of the food on the adult menu! My son is a picky eater, so he prefers the standard kids' fare on the children's menus, and every Disney restaurant we've visited has allowed him to order from the kids' menu. If your daughter is an adventurous eater, she may prefer the foods on the adult menu, even if she can't eat all of the meals due to her small appetite. However if the foods on the children's menus are more appealing to her than those on the adult menus, your ten-year-old is welcome to order kids' meals.  Obviously, the cost of a child's meal is much cheaper than the cost of an adult meal at Disney, so using your daughter's adult dining plan to pay for kids' meals is not the most cost-effective use of her meal credits, although a few restaurants may give her an adult-sized portion of the kiddie meal. However, if she wishes to eat from the children's menus, she's free to order from them.
