    Will have Deluxe Dining plan. Can sushi at Kona Cafe be ordered as an appetizer on the plan? Or would it count as an entree? Or would we have to pay out of pocket? Thanks!

    Hi Lynn! Thanks for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. The Disney Deluxe Dining Plan is a great choice for foodies who want to experience the best of Walt Disney World Resort dining. With this dining plan, each member of your party will be allotted three meal and two snack entitlements per night of your stay. Under the Disney Deluxe Dining Plan, you will be allowed to order an appetizer with your entree and dessert when dining at Table-Service restaurants. Your meal entitlements can be banked for future meals during your stay if you do not utilize them all each day. 

    The sushi at Kona Cafe is very popular with Guests and can be ordered as an appetizer or entree on the Disney Deluxe Dining Plan. I would go for it as an appetizer so that I could also enjoy some of the wonderful entrees, such as the Grilled Kona-Coffee Rubbed Pork Chop! Be sure to save room for a Kona Kone. What adult would want to miss out on an ice cream sundae surrounded by cotton candy? Not this Mickey Mouse Ear Hat wearing adult!
