    We have the Deluxe Dining plan. On the day we arrive, we cannot check in til 3pm but we have dining reservations for lunch at the Crystal Palace at 12:50. How do we get our dining tickets before we check in so that we do not pay for this character lunch?

    You can preregister at the hotel well before the official check-in time. This means that you can go to your resort as early as you want in the morning and take all the steps of check-in, except actually getting your room. The staff at the hotel will give you all your paperwork, as well as your Key to the World cards. The Key cards will function as your room key, and will also include your park tickets and your dining plan credits.

    At this point you can leave your luggage with the bell services desk at the hotel and they will store it in a secure location for you. Then you can go ahead and have fun at the parks and enjoy your character meal using the dining plan.

    Later in the day, when you return to the hotel, you'll be all set to go right to your room.
