Have Deluxe DDP. My little ones (3&6) are grazers when eating. Wondering if it's OK while dining to pay out of pocket for a side or an app. for them while at dinner and use their points later for counter service at resort if they aren't hungry?

Hi Jennifer! Your little ones aren't obligated to order a full meal on the Disney Dining Plan when they're not especially hungry. The Dining Plan is quite flexible. When your server greets you, you can tell him or her which members of the party are using Dining Plan credits for their meals and which ones will be paying out-of-pocket, and then you can pay for the small items your little ones want to eat. If they're hungry later, you can definitely then use their meal credits to purchase a Quick-Service meal for them.

Have a magical vacation! Come visit us again at the Moms Panel if you have more questions! We're happy to help!
