    Most deli meats have gluten as a filler (Boars Head is an exception to this). Anyone know if the deli meats at Disney are gluten free?

    Hi Pamela,

    Thank you for teaching me something about deli meat! I did not know this about them having gluten fillers. Luckily, I only by Boars Head so my guests with gluten allergies will not have an issue at my house.

    I am not sure which brand of deli meats are served throughout the Walt Disney World Resorts. You can contact the cast members who handle questions regarding special diets. Their email is special.diets@disneyworld.com. 

    Also, check the restaurant menus listed on Disney's website. Some of the menu items list ingredients.

    Speaking as a parent of a child with a shellfish allergy, Disney has done an excellent job making sure my daughter can eat from the menu.
