I understand the need to clean up your
Family & Friends list from time to time -- I also like to streamline my list when I am visiting Walt Disney World Resort to only include my current travel party. Removing Guests from your account is super easy to do. If you are on the
My Disney Experience website, use the drop-down menu in the upper right corner to navigate to "My Family & Friends". Select the blue "Update" link next to the name of the Guest you wish to remove and select "Remove from This List". If you prefer to use the
My Disney Experience mobile app, use the menu button in the lower right corner (three horizontal lines), scroll down to "My Profile" and select "Family & Friends List" at the top. Click on the name of the Guest you wish to delete and select "Remove from My List". Confirm your choice, and that's it! Please note that you cannot remove anyone you currently have active plans with, such as a
Disney Resort Hotel reservation.
If you would like to restore any Guests to your list in the future, a new feature in the My Disney Experience app makes it very simple. From your "Family & Friends List" scroll down to "Add a Guest" and select "Scan their linking code". Your friend will go to their profile in the app and choose "Show My Linking Code". You can then either scan their code with your phone's camera or type in the code manually.
