I'd be happy to help you with removing a ticket from your account in the Disneyland Mobile App. While it is super convenient to be able to link multiple tickets to your account when you visit the Parks with a large group, once that visit is over, it's nice to clear the extra tickets off your App.
In order to remove the tickets from your account, you'll have to open the
Disneyland Mobile App on your device and go to the "☰" Features Menu from the Home Screen. Press "Tickets and Passes" to access the tickets screen. Swipe over to the ticket that you would like to remove and look for a "Delete Ticket" option. That will effectively unlink that ticket from your account. In some instances, however, that option won't be displayed because you are the primary ticket holder. In that case, you'll have to call
Ticket Guest Services to speak to a Cast Member to have the ticket re-assigned. You could also contact a Cast Member via the Chat function within the Disneyland Mobile App as well.
