Hi Cynthia,
We are happy as can be to see you here at planDisney! Thanks for bringing us your question about your upcoming visit to
Walt Disney World Resort. How exciting that you can add an additional day to your vacation! As much as I love to
park hop, staying another day at The Most Magical Place on Earth is even better.
Now, since your
Theme Park Tickets are fully unused,
you may be able to modify them online. You will find this option on the website by clicking on
My Disney Experience in the top right corner of your page, and then selecting My Plans.
From here, scroll down until you see My Plans, Reservations, and Tickets, and then select Tickets & Memory Maker on the left side.
Once you click on Tickets and Memory Maker, your tickets will display and you will see the Change Ticket option below each ticket that you can modify.
Once you click to change the ticket you will see different components of the tickets that you can modify. If you do not see the Change Ticket option, you can
contact a friendly Cast Member on the Existing Tickets team by phone to complete your change.
Cynthia, please keep in mind that if your new ticket results in a lower cost than your original ticket, you will not receive a refund since Theme Park Tickets are nonrefundable. If the new ticket is of higher value, you will pay the difference.
January is one of my favorite times to visit Walt Disney World Resort! The weather is typically mild, so be sure to bring a jacket for those chilly mornings and evenings or you can do what I usually do and pick up a new sweatshirt at one of the
merchandise locations in the theme parks or at my
Disney Resorts Collection Hotel. It’s a perfect souvenir to remember your magical vacation!
If you have other questions, please let us know. We love assisting other Guests in making the most of their Walt Disney World Resort vacations!
Wishing you pixie-dusted memories,
Shannon
