Now, let’s make sure to get your spoonful of sugar to help the medicine go down in the most delightful way! Up until midnight Pacific time before the day of your visit, you can cancel your reservations without penalty. Have you downloaded the
Disneyland Mobile App yet, Colette? It's practically perfect in every way, and you can use it to scan your tickets at the entrance gates when you arrive. Plus, it's an excellent tool for getting to know the resort from the comfort of your home –you can become familiar with the maps, showtimes, and dining options in advance!
So, here's how to cancel your reservations using the app: Tap the "+" button at the bottom center of your screen, then select "Make A Park Reservation". Next, hit the "Make or Modify Theme Park Reservations" button in the middle of the screen. This will take you to the official Disneyland website, where you'll need to log in to your account. Once you're there, scroll down to find your active reservations. Click "Cancel Reservation" for the days you need to change. They'll ask you a couple of times to confirm, and then you'll see a confirmation screen. You'll even get an email confirming the change.
Just remember, if your tickets are still valid, you can always
