Can I decrease the number of people in a dining reservation with out having to rebook the reservation?

    Hey there Jared!

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your dining question! I have always found it to be much easier to decrease the number of Guests on an Advanced Dining Reservation, rather than increasing the number. When I needed to decrease the number of Guests in my dining party last November, I simply called Disney Dining to modify my existing Advanced Dining Reservation. I did not cancel and then book a new Advanced Dining Reservation. The friendly Cast Member at Disney Dining was able to assist me with the change. With that being said, call Disney Dining at (407) WDW-DINE or (407) 939-3463 and let the Cast Member know that you need to modify your existing Advanced Dining Reservation.

I hope this information helps. Please don't hesitate to visit us again with any other questions that you may have. Best wishes for a magical trip, Jared!

    Bon Appétit,
