We have decided to take our very first Disney cruise next year. We are new to cruising altogether, so my question is, besides a passport, do we need any other documentation (ie visa) as US citizens for the western caribbean cruise?

    Ahoy, Amanda!
I'm so glad you are back with another excellent cruise question. I remember having many questions when I first cruised with Disney over ten years ago and wish I had a Moms Panel to help me back then! It can be overwhelming, but you are smart to be thinking ahead. It will make your very first Disney Cruise experience even more enjoyable. On your Western Caribbean sailing, a valid U.S. passport will be the only documentation you will need to embark and disembark the ship. They will be checked at the port during check-in and when you pass through U.S. Customs after the cruise is over.
Thank you again for stopping by, Amanda!
    Have a magical day!
