We have decided to add on an extra night to our trip. We will likely book one of the All star resorts and the rest of the trip will be at the Grand Floridian. Will the resort transfer our luggage? If so, will we know when to expect them at the GF?

    Hi Amanda!

Since our family often drives to Walt Disney World, we like to plan a similar split-stay between resorts. We'll arrive late on the first night of our vacation and spend the night at a Value Resort. The next day we'll head over to a different resort for the duration of our vacation.

No worries about your bags! Transferring your luggage to a second resort is an easy process at Walt Disney World. Simply contact Bell Services at your All-Star Resort and let them know you'll be moving to Disney's Grand Floridian Resort and Spa. Generally, the easiest way to do this is by packing up your luggage and handing it off to Bell Services before you head out to the theme parks for the day. They'll take care of the rest. Luggage is usually available by mid-afternoon.

Our family really loves the All-Star Resorts and Disney's All-Star Sports Resort is our favorite. The larger than life football helmets along the field always bring a smile to our faces. The pools are super fun too - just watch out for Goofy! He may spray you while you swim!

I hope you have a magical vacation!
