if we decide to upgrade our tickets to annual passes, how is the value of what we paid for tickets deducted from the annual pass cost? For example if it's a 3 day ticket with two extra days to actually be a 5 day ticket?

    Hi Keith,
Since you didn't give me too much information about the tickets you currently have, I'm going to try to cover a few different scenarios that are possible for you.

If you have old, multi-day tickets that you purchased prior to when Magic Your Way tickets were introduced in 2005, these cannot be upgraded. However, all valid days on these tickets will still be honored at face value.

If you are attempting to upgrade within 14 days of your ticket's first use and you have at least one remaining admission on your ticket, you can use the full purchase value of the ticket to upgrade it to another ticket. If there are no admissions remaining on your ticket, you cannot upgrade it to another ticket, even if you are inside the 14-day window. If you are outside the 14-day first-use window on your ticket, you cannot use it to upgrade to another ticket.

All ticket upgrades can be done at ticket windows at theme parks and water parks, concierge desks inside Disney Resort hotels and at Guest Relations at the Downtown Disney Area.
