    We are going Dec 8 thru the 16th and need to know what kinds of clothes to pack? what is the weather like in Flordia around that time?

    Hi Julie!

    How wonderful that you will be visiting the Walt Disney World theme parks during the most wonderful time of the year!  Having been to the Walt Disney World resort during that time period, I am thrilled I can help you with this question. 

    December is famous for being unpredictable with respect to its weather.  Last year, it was a lovely 72 degrees in the daytime and a chilly 58 in the evening.  My recommendation for you, and your luggage, is to pack long sleeves, capri's or jeans and sweaters/cardigans for the daytime and long pants and a light jacket with a light scarf and possible gloves for the evening.  There have been cold snaps, although rare, during December, one year requiring guests to don on hats and gloves when in Magic Kingdom!  Make sure to have an umbrella or a poncho as pop up storms do occur from time to time.
