Can a debt card be used to book a hotel room at a Disney resort

    Hello Nancy!

Welcome to planDisney, where we love helping Guests like you make their Disney vacation dreams come true! I am so glad that you decided to stop by with your vacation question, and it would be my pleasure to help you as you plan to visit The Most Magical Place on Earth.

You can use a debit or credit card to book a Disney Resort hotel stay. Your debit card will need to have charging options such as the ability to make purchases in stores, restaurants, and retail shops. If your debit card is for ATM withdrawals only, you will not be able to use it to book your Disney Resort hotel stay. If you are booking a resort-only stay, you will be required to pay a deposit when you book your reservation, with the balance due upon arrival at the resort. If you decide to book a vacation package, such as a Disney Resort hotel stay with theme park tickets, you will pay a deposit, with the balance due 30 days before your check-in date. If you are booking a vacation package within 30 days of your check-in date, you will be required to pay the balance in full at the time of booking.

I hope this information helps you to book a visit to Walt Disney World Resort! Here at planDisney, we are always eager to answer your vacation questions, so stop back by any time.
