Dear Sirs. We will onboard on Disney cruise (Bahamas) on Jan. 12, 2025. The Disney Navigator app is linked to my confirmed reservation, but does not complete our online check-in. How do I do the check in? May I do the check-in live on the boarding day?

Hello there, Telma! I am glad that you have already downloaded the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app, even if you have been unable to check-in.

The good news is you will be able to check in at the cruise terminal, but please do not arrive earlier than 90 minutes prior to the "All Aboard" time. Make sure that you have the required citizenship documentation, including any necessary visas, for each member of your party to check-in. If you arrive after the published "All Aboard ' time or do not have the necessary citizenship documentation, you will be denied boarding. Keep the documents in your carry-on bag because you will be handing over your checked luggage to the porters outside the terminal.

You also need to keep other essential items in your carry-on bag, such as prescription medication and sunscreen. Once you are onboard and connected to the DCL-GUEST wireless network, the listing of onboard activities will appear in the app. From live shows and entertainment to your rotational dining schedule, the app will help you keep the magic at your fingertips.

Telma, I hope you have an amazing vacation. If you have any other questions, sail back to planDisney.

    Bon Voyage!
