Great to hear from you again Daphne!
I'm not sure if you are scheduled for an Eastern or Western Caribbean voyage on the Fantasy, but you can usually count on on your formal and semi-formal nights to be scheduled for your days at sea. The formal night will be the first sea day and the semi-formal the second. Once you check-in at the port, you will receive your dining rotation on your "Key to the World" card. This rotation will tell you which dining room you will dine in each evening. Cruise highlights including your dining attire schedule should be listed in your first daily newsletter, The Personal Navigator which you will receive upon embarkation.
