    Dear DMoms Is DVC planning on making an app to schedule and book vacations?

    Hi Nicholaus!

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! When I first became a Disney Vacation Club Member, the only way to book your vacation was to call Member Services. As someone who loves the convenience of the internet, being able to book my next Disney Vacation Club adventure on the DVC Member Website was a huge improvement for me. I think many Member Families enjoy this newer way to book. The Resort Availability Tool has also changed the way I am able to plan my vacations. If you haven’t used it yet, be sure to check it out on the DVC Member Website under the Vacation Planning tab. It allows you to search which resorts have availability during the days your potential vacation days.  At this time, there has not been an official DVC Application (App) announced, though I like the idea. If an app was brought forward, I am sure it would be heavily promoted to Members on the DVC Member Website, the DVC Facebook page, and I’m sure it would be included in the DisneyFiles quarterly Member publication. I recommend checking these sites regularly for the latest and greatest updates on everything that is new and exciting with Disney Vacation Club.
