Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge resort is definitely an experience to remember! Watching the animals on the savannah from your balcony is one of the best ways to relax after a day at the theme parks. We have seen zebras, okapi's, and wildebeest graze during the morning hours and giraffes and antelope in the evenings. I definitely recommend heading out to the Uzumi Overlook at night, where a Cast Member will let you look for animals utilizing
Night Vision Goggles. It is my husband's absolute favorite thing to do while at Animal Kingdom Lodge.
Following your stay at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge, you'll be headed on a
Disney Cruise! You are correct that you must have a negative COVID-19 test prior to boarding. These tests must be administered one to three days prior to your departure. You may utilize
Disney Cruise Lines preferred provider, Inspire Diagnostics, to schedule your PCR tests via the Safe Passage website. Sites are listed on the Disney Cruise Line website, and you can register on the Safe Passage website to schedule your PCR tests at these locations. You also have the option to complete the PCR tests at any location near the Disney Parks as long as you upload the result to Safe Passage prior to your departure.
