    Dear Moms and Dad, I'm so looking forward to our trip in November. It has been a year in the planning. My question is about Mickey's Christmas Party. Are the Characters in Toontown during this event? Would love for the lines to be shorter. Thank You.

    I have good news and not-so-good news.

    The good news is that there will be characters in Toontown and in other areas of the Magic Kingdom. The not-so-good news is that you probably will encounter some lines for the characters. The characters at the party will be dressed in special holiday clothing. Many guests make a special effort to get photos of Mickey, for example, in each of his different outfits. So, getting a picture of Mickey in his Christmas outfit is a big priority. The number of tickets sold to the party is limited, so you probably won't encounter hideous waits for the characters, but don't be surprised if some of the most popular characters do have waits of about 20 minutes for a photo.
