On the DDP, do kids get to choose an adult appetizer for table service meals? How about desserts? For both table service and quick service meals, do they pick an adult dessert, or is it just a little something that comes with their kids meals? THANKS!

On the Deluxe version of the Disney Dining Plan, children ages 3-9 would be required to order from the children's menu whenever there is one available. This is true at both table service and quick service meals. There will be children's options for appetizers and desserts.

For example, at the Hollywood Brown Derby at Disney's Hollywood Studios, the children's appetizer choices are chicken noodle soup, chopped salad, or carrot and celery sticks. The dessert choices for children are fresh fruit with mango ice cream, a strawberry and yogurt parfait, or a "hidden treasures" sundae, which is vanilla ice cream with Oreo crumbles, gummy worms, and a chocolate chip cookie.

Children older than age nine would be considered adults for purposes of the Dining Plan. They would be able to order from the adult menu.
