We are on the DDP. I booked Cal. Grill using 2 dining credits. I also booked 2 TS restaurants in one day. I'm going to have to pay for 2 meals out of pocket. My ? is which 2 would be the least expensive...50's PT, Lib. Tree Tav, Yak and Yeti, Mama Melrose?

Hi Christie! You're smart to be planning to get the most bang for the buck on the Dining Plan! Of the restaurants you mentioned, I think your meals at Mama Melrose's and the 50's Prime Time may be less expensive than at Liberty Tree Tavern and the Yak & Yeti. Of course, at each restaurant, the amount of your bill depends in large part on the cost of the entrees you order, and the best way for you to decide where to pay out of pocket for your meals is to review the menus and see the cost of the entrees that appeal to you. Unofficial websites such as www.allears.net and www.wdwinfo.com have menus for the Disney restaurants with approximate prices.  Take a look at those menus so you can tally up a rough estimate of the cost of your meal at each restaurant, and decide where your Dining Plan credits would have the most value.

Great choice booking the California Grill! It's well worth your two Dining Plan credits!

Hope you have a magical vacation! Come visit us again at the Moms Panel if you have more questions!
