My DD 10 and DS 14, and myself are attending MNSHP for the first time in about two weeks, I would like to know if you have any suggestions for dressing up. I would like all three of us to dress up; however, my 14yo son is not so sure about it. Thanks.

Hey Donna!  You know you can go with something as easy as being fans for your favorite college or professional sports team.  This would require your teenager to wear nothing more than a jersey but you would all be "dressed" up.  Yes, you can go as simple as you want or you can go all out.  I have had friends who the whole family has gone as a NASCAR pit crew and one even dressed up in camo to be just like the Army men from Toy Story.  Another suggestion might be to go as members of the Mickey Mouse Club, another easy costume for your son that gets him involved but doesn't make him really look dressed up.
I too have a 14 year old, so I know what you are up against, but I hope you have success with some type of costume.  Have a great time at the MNSSHP.  I too am going this month and can't wait!  Happy early Halloween.
