How do I get from DD to MK? Is it complicated?

There are no buses that go directly from Downtown Disney to the theme parks. However, there are free buses that go from DD to all the WDW resort hotels, and there is free transportation from all the resorts to all the parks. So, this just means that you'll need to use a resort as a transfer hub.

If you're going to the Magic Kingdom, this is incredibly easy. Just get on a bus at DD headed to any of the Magic Kingdom resorts (Contemporary, Polynesian, Grand Floridian). From there, just hop on the monorail and you'll be at the MK in no time. The Grand Floridian is the closest monorail hotel to the MK, but would get on whichever of those three buses comes first.

    Have a great trip!
