Never been to DD before. This March, planning 2 days to "chill" and enjoy properties during our vaca. We have 2 boys, ages 6 and 4. Must see activities and restaurants in DD? You panelists ROCK!

Hi Laura! Downtown Disney is an awesome place, with tons to see and do. Here are a few things that top of our list:

    - T-Rex, the new, exciting, dinosaur-themed restaurant built by the folks who brought us the Rainforest Cafe. Even if you don't dine there, be sure to go and check out the sights, go on an archaeological dig, and build their own stuffed dino.
    - Goofy's Candy Company is filled with yummy treats.  Our favourite here is to make our own treats, where you pick your treat and toppings, and watch it being made before your eyes!
    - I have a feeling your boys will be able to spend hours in the Lego Imagination Centre. Here they can build their own Lego creations and buy just about every Lego piece imaginable. Be sure to check out the huge Lego sculptures!
    - World of Disney is the largest character store in Walt Disney World, and the ideal spot to find that perfect souvenir.
    - DisneyQuest is five floors of video gaming fun for all ages.
    - Disney's Design A Tee is a great spot where you can design and make your own t-shirt.
    - Characters in Flight is an exciting new attraction where you can float up in a giant tethered balloon over 400 feet for the best views of Walt Disney World.

    Hope this helps!
