DD bday plans, BBB @ 8, PP tea @ 9, CRT @ 4:05, tomorrow terrace dessert party @ 8:15. Would like to schedule a meal in-between at either Chef Mickey's or Grand Floridian Cafe, around 11, then head to MK which would be best 2 save time and not rush

    Mechelle,

    Thanks for your question!

That sounds like quite a birthday! You have a lot in your schedule, so while both of the choices you have for lunch are great ones, it is very smart to choose one that allows for more schedule flexibility and a more relaxed setting.

Chef Mickey's at Disney's Contemporary Resort is a fantastic meal, but because of it's popularity there can often be a wait for a table, even with a reservation. The meal itself can also stretch out, since you are going to want to wait for your turn to meet the characters.

I think your better bet is the Grand Floridian Cafe at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. Not only will the more relaxed setting give you some much needed time to recharge, but the option of both classic lunch entrees and breakfast choices will help cater to where you are in your day. Then you can jet off on the Monorail to the Magic Kingdom to continue your magical birthday celebration!

While this is a lot to do in one day, I am sure it will be more than memorable!

Have a Magical (and delicious) Vacation!
