DCL: personal choice I know-1 day pre & 2 post cruise @ DVC don't plan on Parks. What do most cruisers do? We are going June have 7 day tickets w/water-think $100@ to upgrade to annual. (2A) We R thinking more R & R both land & Sea! Any thought

    Hey Denise!
It sounds like you are really looking forward to unwinding and rejuvenating during your Disney adventure!  From my experience, it seems like most cruisers do like to visit the parks when they plan a surf and turf vacation.  But, with ample "off the beaten path" options at the Walt Disney World Resort, you and your husband can definitely have a wonderful, relaxing time enjoying some of these activities. On some of our visits, we have enjoyed strolling around Downtown Disney, parasailing over Bay Lake, and zipping around in the Sea Racers in the Seven Seas Lagoon.  With many marvelous dining options available at DTD and the resorts, you can plan your delicious meals without stepping foot into the theme parks.
SInce Disney is involved, I think you will have a fantastical time no matter what you choose to do!  Good luck with your decision!
Thanks again for visiting the Moms Panel!
