Welcome aboard, Corey! You must be looking forward to setting sail with your family on a Disney Cruise Line vacation!
Disney Cruise Line does not offer private in-stateroom babysitting, but the great news is that they have the most fabulous
Youth Clubs at sea, included in the cost of your cruise! Children ages three and up all have clubs designed just for them, that are open from early in the morning until midnight or later. There are amazingly fun activities going on all day and night for the kids. Everything from Toy Story Boot Camp to Super Sloppy Science (make your own Flubber!) to pizza making, and even Pluto's Pajama Party are available for the kids. Supervised by wonderful youth counselors, these spaces are the place to be for kids on Disney's ships. My kids adore scanning the schedule of activities in the Personal Navigator each day to see what fun is in store, and when they absolutely must be in the clubs, so as not to miss their favorite activities. No reservations necessary, no extra cost, and the kids can stay for as short or as long as they and their parents would like!
Meanwhile, my husband and I can sneak away to enjoy some of the fabulous adult exclusive activities and venues onboard. When you sail with Disney Cruise Line, there really is
something for everyone! If you have a child under age three, you can make advanced reservations for It's A Small World Nursery. There is an hourly fee for the nursery, and some time slots do fill up, so it is a good idea to make reservations before you set sail. The counselors there have even more fun up their sleeves for the tiniest cruisers, so they'll enjoy many magical moments in the nursery!
I hope those details help as you continue planning, Corey! Stop back if we can help with other questions!
