Ahoy Bren!
Welcome aboard the Disney Parks Moms Panel. It's never too early to start planning for your high seas adventure! The moment my family starts our countdown, we begin putting together the pieces of our vacation. I hope the excitement in your house is growing as you begin to plan your very own
magical getaway!
San Diego is a beautiful departure port! Cruising out of this southern California jewel is wonderful, especially if you are staying the night before or after your cruise. There are so many fun options for outdoor activities and food!
The San Diego cruise terminal does lack on-site
parking facilities. There are parking options available nearby that offer shuttle services to the cruise terminal. Most of the off-site parking is right across the street or within walking distance of the port itself and are in secured parking garages under hotels or businesses. These parking facilities do appear to be an alternative if you'd prefer to drive and park instead of a family member or shuttle transporting you before and after your cruise.
Before you head to the port, be sure to download the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator App! It will be your map to steer you in the direction of all the treasure waiting for you onboard including activities, character experiences, dinner menus and more.
Park back at the Disney Parks Moms Panel if you have any additional questions before you set sail, Bren!
"Sea" ya real soon! Angie
