    Hello! Does DCL still mail luggage tags out to Canadians? We are set to sail on Feb 2 (and 6) on Wonder and still have not received anything. Thank you!

    Hi Diana,

    I'm happy to "sea" you here again at planDisney. Your sailings are soon approaching and I know you must be eager to start packing and get on your way. I just love receiving my luggage tags in the mail prior to my Disney Cruise Line voyages. Once that packet is in hand, the vacation finally feels real and I can practically taste all the incredible food and beverages that await onboard.

    I just chatted with a Disney Cruise Line Cast Member who advised that luggage tags are sent out for printing anywhere from 29 to 9 days prior to sailing. Once completed, they'll be mailed to the appropriate guests soon after. This should apply to all guests, regardless of residency. Since your embarkation day is just a little over 2 weeks away, I'd start checking your mailbox for those tags soon.

    If for some reason the tags don't arrive in time, you'll still be able to get your treasures onboard. When you arrive at the port, simply let the porters know you didn't receive your tags and they will be more than happy to assist you. There will be generic tags available at the port to ensure your luggage makes its way to your Stateroom.
