    My DCL history is no longer listed under Castaway. Will this return?

    Ahoy there, Kimberly! Your carrier pigeon just made its way to me here at planDisney! It also told me that it's sorry for being so late, but he got turned around when it saw that the Hoop-De-Doo Revue was coming back to Walt Disney World Resort this summer...I don't blame it, that's tremendous news! 

    But more importantly, to your question! My new friend John and I connected on this very same issue a few weeks ago and unfortunately, the nature of our cruise history's whereabouts hasn't changed yet! In short, the recent system upgrade that was done in early March 2022 is still going through its final phases of implementation. Until the upgrades are 100% done, we're all unfortunately adrift when it comes to our specific Castaway Club previous cruise information. 

    I was assured that if you are in dire need of your information, you can call a crew member who should be able to access it in the meantime. 

    I wish I had better news, Kimberly, but as the tides ebb and flow, hopefully, our Castaway Club information will return in short order. Thank you so much for your question, and if any others bubble to the surface as you're planning, please send me another message here at planDisney. 

    Maybe in a bottle this time, though - these pigeons are getting a bit unreliable these days, haha!
