Hei Hei Jan,
Thanks for bringing your question to planDisney, where we are all voyagers who, like Moana, believe that there’s more beyond the reef!
Just like Maui, it sounds like you are a wayfinder who appreciates “knowing where you are by knowing where you've been." In order to receive your
Disney Cruise Line cruise history, you can
contact a Disney Cruise Line Cast Member, who can provide you with all the information about your previous cruise vacations.
If you are simply looking for the number of cruises you have sailed or want to check on your
Castaway Club level, you can do that on the Disney Cruise Line website. Select “Already Booked” from the main menu and then scroll down to “Castaway Club.” Once there, you will be prompted to log in using your Disney-related email and password. You will then be able to see your Castaway Club level and ID number. You can also discover the
new Castaway Club benefits and some of the magical surprises that await Guests sailing during the
Silver Anniversary at Sea celebration.
While you are checking out the Castaway Club page, Jan, take a look at the recipes that you can download. When I’m missing my journeys on the seas, I whip up one of
Castaway Cay’s famous Konk Coolers and imagine I’m sailing off to retrieve Te Fiti’s heart. Well, maybe I’m not ready for that much adventure, but I’m always ready for another amazing voyage aboard Disney Cruise Line!
I hope this information is helpful and that you find just what you are looking for beyond the reef. Please sail back by any time with other questions you may have or if you need some tips from our Disney Cruise Line specialists,
Tracie and
Adrianna!
Wishing you many magical memories,
Shannon
