Ahoy, Denise!
It's great to
hEAR from you! What a fabulous getaway you have to look forward to with Disney Cruise Line in 2020. My most recent sailing was an adult-only voyage, and it was filled with lots of time in the
adult entertainment areas,
dining at Palo, and relaxing on Serenity Bay and at the adult-only pool,
Quiet Cove. It was amazing!
Denise, I love that the
Disney Fantasy is sailing different itineraries, especially the one you've reserved to
visit Disney Castaway Cay twice! I've experienced a double-dip to this
Bahamian paradise before, and it's quite extraordinary to be able to soak in the Disney magic on two separate visits! I'm happy to report that your back to back visits will allow plenty of time to enjoy the island. You'll be able to take in the serene views, cool off in the turquoise waters, and feast on delicious barbeque since your time ashore will be from 8:30 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. I'm sure Serenity Bay will be calling both days!
As for your Silver
Castaway Club status, benefits include reserving your
Onboard Activities and
Port Adventures 90 days before you set sail, a dedicated Castaway Club check-in at the cruise terminal, a lanyard to store your Key to the World card, and a "Welcome Back" gift in your stateroom. There's also a dedicated Castaway Club line (1-800-449-3380) and an opportunity to book a future cruise one day before the general public. With another cruise under your belt soon, you'll be a Gold member before you know it!
It was a pleasure assisting you, Denise! Thank you for continuing to use the Disney Parks Moms Panel for all your vacation planning questions.
Have a MAGICAL day!
Nancy
