35 Days until our 1st WDW trip (6/7-14). We have TS rsvp's for 3 of 7 days on DDP. If we make addt'l rsvp's, can we cxl same day if needed w/o penalty? Concerned with constraints of nightly meal times but also worried about finding TS dining upon walk up.

Hi Shelley! Don't you love that the Disney World website tells you how many days are left until your vacation?! My countdown is in the 30s too, and I get so excited every time I see how few days I have left before my trip!

The vast majority of restaurants at Disney World allow you to cancel dining reservations, even at the last moment, without penalty. Only those restaurants that require you to guarantee the reservation with a credit card impose a fee if you don't cancel within a specified time. (A few examples of restaurants with credit card guarantees are Cinderella's Royal Table and the Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue.) If you don't provide a credit card when you make a dining reservation, rest assured that you can cancel without penalty.

June can be a busy month at Disney World, so I think your trip will be more magical if you have at least one dining reservation for each day of your vacation. Like you said, you'll have it if you need it, and you can cancel it if your plans change.

Hope you have a wonderful time in June! Come visit us again at the Moms Panel if you have more questions before your trip! We're happy to help!
