    Hi Moms! 25 days until we arrive at the Wilderness Lodge! I read that there is a recreation calendar which includes special events at the hotel. Do you know if it is possible to get a copy so we can further plan out trip? Thanks!

    Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I bet you're getting SO excited for your upcoming visit! It's not too much longer until you're at the most magical place on earth!

    I'm thrilled to hear that you'll be staying at Disney's Wilderness Lodge. My daughter and I stayed there recently and LOVED it! Even though you're right there in Central Florida, you're going to feel as if you've been transported to the Pacific Northwest. The Resort is just gorgeous, with such incredible attention to detail! And not only is the Resort hotel beautiful to explore, both inside and out, but there are also lots of fun things to do! I found a copy of the July Recreation Calendar online (several other planning websites post them) and would be happy to share times for some of the events, but since you're arriving August 1st, there will be a new calendar out that day with possibly some changes in times and/or activities. I'd definitely encourage you to pick up a current Recreation Calendar when you arrive!

    For July, some of the activities offered at Disney's Wilderness Lodge are:
    • Sunrise Yoga at 7:30 a.m. on Monday and Wednesday
    • Wonders of the Lodge Art & Architecture Tour at 9:00 a.m. Wednesday - Saturday
    • Family-friendly poolside games and activities from noon - 4:00 p.m. daily
    • Campfire from 7:00 - 8:00 p.m. nightly
    • Movies Under the Stars at 8:30 p.m. nightly
    Also, don't forget that the Fire Rock Geyser, located between the Copper Creek Springs Pool area and Bay lake, erupts every hour on the hour throughout the day. You'll definitely want to experience that at some point during your visit! So cool!
