How exciting that you will be in the "Happiest Place on Earth" in just eight short days, Stacie! I know you must be getting super excited! We visited in late May and experienced temperatures in the low 90's. I am very cold natured myself and only needed my sweater at two table-service restaurants. There are a few indoor attractions that are a little cold for my liking as well. However, due to the higher temperatures that we encountered outside, the air conditioned areas were a welcome change! I would recommend packing a light sweater rather than wearing layers since you may find that you do not get as cold indoors as you might expect. Another thing you may consider packing is a water poncho for attractions like Kali River Rapids at Disney's Animal Kingdom park where you are almost guaranteed to get wet. I hope this helps!
