    18 days til our first visit! Question about travel times. What time should we leave the Contemporary in order to comfortably get to our 6:45 pm reservation at Whispering Canyon? Thx--this panel has been very helpful for this first-timer. :) :)

    Your trip is almost here! That's so exciting!!

    To get from the Contemporary to the Wilderness Lodge, the easiest way will be via boat ferry. I'd allow for about 45 minutes of total travel time from dock to dock. I think this would give you some time to spare, but if you do arrive early you'll have a few minutes to walk through the grounds and lobby of the Wilderness Lodge. Its a beautiful resort to sight-see in!
