When does your 365 days start for an annual pass? I have a trip planned in January 2022 and another in December same year. I want to make sure my annual pass covers both trips.

    Heigh-Ho Tawni,

Welcome to planDisney, we are a panel of Guests with a wealth of Disney knowledge and Disney travel experience which we love sharing with our Fellow Guests. Visiting Walt Disney World twice in one yEAR is Dream Come True. For many, budgeting for multiple Walt Disney World vacations, the new annual passes are a better ticketing option. Guests can purchase their Walt Disney World annual pass in advance, and just like Walt Disney World tickets, the start date of your 365-days is not activated until the first day you scan your Walt Disney World annual pass at a touch point to enter a Walt Disney World Theme park.

In other words, if the first time you scan your Walt Disney World annual pass is January 5, 2022, you have 356-days from that specific day to enjoy making Disney Park Pass reservations and enjoying the benefits and perks of your pass. Meaning, you can absolutely plan on using your annual pass for your January 2022 visit and your December 2022 visit as long as the days, in your December trip, are still within the 365-days. Keep in mind some Walt Disney World Annual Passes have eligible blockout dates

    Have a Practically Perfect Day,

Meet the Panelist: Amy, Virginia

I am a Dreamer who has always believed dreams are meant to be the path to your future. Walt Disney, I believe, felt the same way, "All our dreams can come true, if we have the courage to pursue them." Disney has always been proof that endless imagination and the passion to make them come to fruition is possible. I will never be to old for Disney, it is home to all of us Dreamers.
