Hello, James! I love when I see questions submitted by Guests from the United Kingdom! Thanks so much for stopping in to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.
Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is held on select nights in September, October and November. In 2012 the Halloween Party was offered a total of 23 nights. As a visitor from the UK, you'll likely be staying at least 10 days. The Halloween Party is offered several times per week, so you won't miss the chance to attend.
Tickets for Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party usually go on sale in May. Ticket prices vary based on type: advance purchase, same-day purchase, Passholder/Disney Vacation Club or Premium (October 31st). The Party is held from 7:00 PM to midnight. The Halloween Party has been known to sell out on certain evenings, so I would recommend purchasing tickets in advance once you are sure of your travel plans.
Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party just happens to be my family's
favorite special event at Walt Disney World! We have attended the party many times and, like you, have actually planned our visit around the event. In my opinion,
Mickey's Boo-to-You Halloween Parade and
Happy HalloWishes fireworks are the absolute best of any offered in the Disney theme parks all year 'round. We especially enjoy the
Disney Villains Mix 'N' Mingle show (my favorite villain is Maleficent!) and the chance to meet and get photos with some special characters such as ALL seven of Snow White's Dwarfs!
Have fun planning your magical vacation! Please don't hesitate to stop by again to ask any further questions. I'd be happy to help!
Kimberly
