Hi Trish,
Oh no! That has to be a sinking feeling to lose something as special as Walt Disney World Resort theme park tickets! I'm glad that you took the time to write down your ticket ID numbers, and hope that they will come in handy to help you!
While
Disney does honor old No-Expiration Option tickets with valid days remaining, I can't guarantee that they will be able to replace your lost tickets for you with only the ticket ID numbers as information. I do, however, have some suggestions for things to try. First, since you have the ticket ID numbers, have you tried simply
linking your tickets to the proper Mouseketeer within your My Disney Experience account? Theme park tickets are non-transferrable between Guests and linked via fingerprints, so you will need to make sure you have the right Guest for each ticket. Once your tickets are linked to your account, you may simply use a MagicBand to access them and won't need the physical tickets. If that doesn't work, I'd suggest
calling (407) 566-4985 to speak to a Cast Member to see if he or she could help you. If they're not able to help by phone, there's always a chance that speaking with a Cast Member at a
Guest Relations location once you're on property could help. It's definitely worth a shot!
I'm sending some pixie dust for you
and wishing on a star that your Disney dreams will come true and you'll be able to enjoy some more magic and theme park fun even though your tickets are misplaced! Thanks so much for visiting us at the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Trish, and please come see us again if we can help with anything else.
