Hey there, Juan! You’re as welcome as can be at planDisney!
I’m so happy you’re here with a question for us today.
Your trip will be here in no time! Soon, you’ll be getting ready to embark on some incredible adventures that may have you exploring stunning lands like
Pandora - The World of Avatar in Disney’s Animal Kingdom Park or the planet of Batuu in
Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge in Disney’s Hollywood Studios! No matter where you choose to begin your adventure, I know you’ll have the best time at The Most Magical Place on Earth!
Juan, one way to see your
Theme Park tickets is to log into your
My Disney Experience account and scroll down until you see “My Plans, Reservations, and Tickets.” Under this, in smaller print, you will find two tabs, “Daily Itinerary,” which is the one you’re viewing at the moment, and “Tickets & Memory Maker,” which is the one you want to click on. You should then be able to see all the Theme Park tickets that are current at the moment. Another way to know you have days left on your tickets is by trying to make a
Disney Park Pass reservation. The system will only allow you to reserve a date if you have a ticket linked, which would indicate a ticket is available as well. If you have a
MagicBand already linked, that will also access your Theme Park ticket. I would recommend you calling the Internet Help Desk at 407-939-7765 and have a Cast Member there take a look at your account to see how else they can help.
In case you find the physical ticket, you can email ticket.Usage@DisneyWorld.com and submit a picture of the front and back of the ticket along with a copy of your Government-issued I.D., your name, and a daytime phone number to get more information about your Theme Park ticket.
Once you have that taken care of, you’ll be ready to experience all the magic! I hope you have an enchanting time, Juan!
Aena
