We're 13 days from our first WDW trip w/ DD 6 & 8 yrs old - staying 8 days at AOA LM wing. Planning on 1 day at HS, 1 day at AK, 1 1/2 days at Epcot, and 4 days at MK, 1/2 day at Downtown Disney. Should we spend 2 days at either HS or AK?

Hey there Sharon!  How exciting that you are only 13 days away from your first Walt Disney World Vacation!  I know you must be getting super excited!  This is a great question!  I honestly do not feel you would need two full days at either Disney's Hollywood Studios or Disney's Animal Kingdom Park. Based on my own personal experience, I would highly recommend that you plan a Resort Day (non-park day) in the middle of your vacation to enjoy a relaxing day at your Resort. I have found that my young children need at least one day off from park touring during our Walt Disney World Vacations to sleep in and enjoy many of the exciting recreational activities outside of the parks. I hope this helps! Please don't hesitate to write me back with any additional questions. Best wishes for a Magical first trip, Sharon!
    Happy Planning,
